Can plastic surgery be paid in installments?
Yes. We work with Sistecrédito, Addi, and direct bank financing — up to 36-month plans with interest from 1.4% effective monthly. International patients can pay by international wire, USD card, or with a payment-plan agreement signed before traveling.
Preoperative tests and supplements
For any procedure under general anesthesia we require: complete blood count, coagulation panel (PT/PTT), basic metabolic panel, fasting glucose, EKG (over 40), chest X-ray (over 50), pregnancy test, and an internal-medicine clearance.
Vitamins and nutrition before plastic surgery: 2 weeks prior — vitamin C, zinc and protein (1.2 g/kg/day). 1 week prior stop vitamin E, omega 3 and herbal supplements (gingko, garlic, turmeric) as they affect coagulation. Iron only if confirmed anemia. We recommend protein and vitamin C supplementation 2 weeks prior to optimize healing.
